IB/S Meditation is connecting the dots between the physical body and the deeper core of emotions, feelings, awareness, insight and anything non-physical that we experience. Add to that our thinking, cognitive, and analyzing brain. This is where I believe the true integration of ourselves as a body, spirit, and mind come together to talk with each other.
